First time users should complete the “Tuning Wizard” program by choosing the “Settings” button on the vPhone dialer, then the “Audio” tab, and finally the “Audio Tuning Wizard” button. Make sure you select the computer's sound card for both your speakers and microphone. The Tuning wizard will help to insure that you have your Headset’s microphone and speaker set to the appropriate levels.
You may now make phone calls by using the dialer on your computer screen (1+ area + number for Domestic USA calls or 011+ country code and number for international calls). Remember to always use “1” and the area code of the number you are calling even if you are originating a call from that area code. Please note that your vPhone dialer does not allow calls placed to 800 / 888 or other “toll free” numbers.
Once you are logged in you can make and receive calls at anytime. You may press the button on the top left hand side of the vPhone to minimize or maximize the vPhone dialer program.
The gray button located on the top of the Audio Hub allows you to switch between Headset (for placing calls) or external speakers.
