With a career spanning more than 20 years, he has worked with and developed Voice and Data networks throughout the Caribbean and Latin America Region and Africa. Most recently, he lead as the CEO of Digicel Dominica, after having served with them in key roles which include; RF Field Engineer, Project Manager for Acquisition and Major Projects and Head of Corporate Sales.
